ConnecTV has developed a proprietary IPTV content management and service delivery platform that has been deployed by other IPTV and broadband service operators. Some of the feature of the technology platform include digital broadcast TV channels, Video on Demand(VOD), Pay-per-view, Personal Video Recording(PVR), Time shift TV, Set-top boxes for IPTV viewing on televisions, and Music channels.

The ability to deliver both Set-Top Box or PC based IPTV broadcasting is key to success in the race for IPTV dominance as most consumers like to enjoy low-cost programming on their TV, in addition to their PCs.
